  1. Zageology Says:

well negreanu have right, like intropics said “Suited connectors is a poker term referring to pocket cards that are suited and are close enough to each other that they can form a straight on the flop”

So it dose not matter if it is 5-6 or 5-8 suited. Both hands can make a straight on the flop.

  2. pretecsh Says:

There is no way I am wrong and Negreanu is right.

    lol thanks for the clarification.

  3. INTROPICS Says:

Check my reply above. Gaps are also connectors.

  4. INTROPICS Says:

Suited connectors is a poker term referring to pocket cards that are suited and are close enough to each other that they can form a straight on the flop. For example: A♠ 3♠, Q♥ J♥, 5♦ 9♦ are all suited connectors because they can form a flush or a straight on the flop.

  5. pretecsh Says:

lol someone tell Negreanu that 5-7 of diamonds isn’t suited connectors… :)

Yeah, information is power in poker. You can win more in late position( or lose less) with weaker hands, than early position if you play it right ,and knows the players at the table.

Pretty bad example for the kicker, considering the guy with Ace/King won with a straight rather than the pair of Kings with Ace kicker…

i really can’t follow these directions b/c i play online on Full Tilt and there is just no one i can get my opponents to fold their A/3 offsuit pre flop with my big raise… and they always outflop me…

  21. crissMFangel Says:

    wait a minute…they cheated!!!
at 1:33, the flop is K, 4, and 5 of diamonds, but at 1:36, it turns to the 5 of hearts o.O???. Also, the guy should’ve won with a flush of hearts, not pairs of Kings. WTF!?!?!

  22. Baaaaaaaa Says:

    Exactly.

Poker is not just about winning it’s about losing.

Daniel is a good loser - If you watch any videos where he loses you will see that he takes it on the chin and gets on with it.
