This season, especially the first few episodes, show the ‘Matusow cackle’ at its best.

He’s actually a less than 5% owner, it’s rumored he owns about 3% of Full Tilt, and is super upset because he didnt hold out for more equity.
BTW, FTP makes about 1.5 million a day, which comes on average $500-550 million a year.
Stars makes $3 million a day, and about a billion a year.

I’d be happy with a mere 1% of either.

That Main Event was a huge run for him to go out like he did i’d be a bit emotional.
It’s just a TV show at the end of the day and you’re playing into their trap.

Some people are born with demons and can relate to such a chracter or feel sympathy for someone like him but to say hes broke is a little way off hes a 10% owner in Full Tilt poker a 400million dollar a year company He sells his action to people in High Stakes Games and has a bunch of backers for tournaments the guy is freerolling it’s just a show for the losers in poker to look to the future you my friend have been hook lined and sinker to think anything on “TV” is real life.

There’s a reason he is broke even TODAY. As far as poker bankrolls go and BR management, he is an absolute amateur.
He has ZERO self control, is a beggar and a loser in the game of life.
Jesus christ, there’s even a video of him CRYING in the main event on youtube after taking a beat.

My comment said nothing about that video being funny or not I was referring to Mike being a greasy, disgusting foul mouthed pig, and that video is a testament to that.

Anyone seen the video here on utube of him going on the show “Blind Date” with Kathy Griffin? It’s PROOF that he is a disgusting pig with NO self respect or manners.
Regarding poker though, i’ve seen enough over the years of his play to know he’s VERY overrated. YES, he is capable of making great reads, and great plays… but in the long run there is a reason his peers have zero respect for his game. Absolute megalomaniac.

too bad they showed the cold deck in season 2 in reverse
first was the hensen quads than the eric lindgren quads
thats why he was upset on eric
sice he allready lost like 400k on hensen’s quads
he started with a million and went down to about 200k but managed to get back to a MILLION
on doyle and antonius and harmen and cant remember who else

anyone else think Jamie Gold comes in for too much criticism. Im not saying i like him or think hes a great player, but i dont think he’s a horrible guy and i dont think he claims to be a great player…does he?
